This "parts" are nessessary for progession and preventing injurys. There are also two other areas of concerne which are wearing the right clothes (protection and trustworthy appearance) and sport diet (to have the needed energy you have to eat). Other points to keep in mind are that progession takes time and that thinks do not always work out the first time as expected. It should also keeped in mind that many moves can be broken down into smaller parts and that a challange does not need to be dangerous. Meet Ups
If you want to train with someone together in and near Wageningen you can have a look at the Facebook groups from Wageningen and Arnhem. For meet-ups with tracers all over the Netherlands you can visit the website from Freerun-Nederland and the Facebook group
Regular trainings
Furthermore joining regular trainings, classes and parkour groups is a good way to learn parkour. Under " Trainings" you can find some more information about free training sessions in the area as well as information about lessons and more.
