As in most sports and organisations, in Parkour it is possible to do exams. In the following section information about three different exams can be found.

The most popular exams are probably the ADAPT levels from Parkour Generations in London. "ADAPT" stands for "Art de Duplacement And Parkour Training". During this exams you learn a lot about Parkour and ADD like the history and origins of parkour. Next to that you learn about safeguarding kids and giving classes.
   
Next to that there are two exams from JUMP Freerun. This exams are more about coaching and the diplomas are legally legitimate in the Netherlands, but not necessary. Next to that some knowledge about the history and principles of parkour is required. There is some discussion about the relevance etc. of this diplomas.

In collaboration with Parkour Disciplines in Zoetermeer (one of the best parkour groups from the Netherlands) it is possible to do different exams. There are exams that confirm that you can train on your own and exams which allow to (assist a) coach at PD.
