We are the Parkour, freerunning and ADD community of Wageningen and surrounding, organizing meet ups, giving classes and workshops. On this page you can find more information on this subjects as well as general information about parkour, freerunning and L'art du déplacement (ADD) like the history and useful tips for training alone. However, we advise to join our classes to shorten the long and often painful try and error process. This classes ensure a healthy and save way of training.
