  JUMP Niv. 2 & 3

The JUMP exams are more about coaching and the diplomas are legally legitimate in the Netherlands as they are in cooperation with the KNGU. As part of the exam a year planning has to be made fore instance. Next to that some knowledge about the history and principles of parkour is required.
This educations are accepted by the NOC-NSF which is the Olympic comity. Therefore the NOC-NSF is responsible for the deployment of Dutch Olympic and Paralympic teams. The level 2 exam allows it to assist whereas the next level educates to being a trainer / coach.

There is some discussion about the relevance and correctness of this diplomas. One points of concern is the short time of the course and that it does not lead to a teaching certificate, needed for teaching at a school. Therefore a study is needed. Next to that it is unimportant for starting a sport school. It is even possible for everyone to organize workshops on schools by the presence of a teacher. Furthermore, the necessary knowledge can be obtained by other means. Looking at the message and philosophy thought there is even some critic as it does not matches with the ADAPT levels from Parkour Generations which are globally accepted and created together with the founders of parkour, freerunning and ADD.

The trainings according to the JUMP guidelines are based on the so called "five Fs" which are friendship, freedom, fun, fulfilment and fitness. This means that the classes focuses on building friendship to reach a good collaboration. It also means that there are no fixed elements and the individual preferences are trained (opposed to training to have no weak point). Furthermore the exercises have to be fun and there have to be many challenges in order to provide fulfilment for everyone. This in opposite to trying a move many times before finally succeeding, resulting in a big fulfilment and motivation. The last "F" stands for fitness, making the body stronger.
