The BTC / lid 1 exam (Parkour & ADD) from Parkour Disciplines
The Parkour Disciplines (PD) BTC / lid 1 exam by one of the best parkour groeps in the Netherlands if not the best is the first level you can reach by PD. With passing this exam you have shown that you can train on your own and you can specify for the PD ATC exam and the PD mini coach. The BTC exam also qualifyes for the ATC / lid 2 examen which can be followed by the MTC / lid 3 exam.
It is possible to specify for the exam after regularly following the trainings in Wageningen and Arnhem for 6 month and train 2 howl days with PD (instead of 6 month) in Zoetermeer. To compleet the PD BTC / lid 1 exam you need to pass the PD cube challenge (moving in your own way) as wel as their theorie and praxis exam. This exams are taken on two different days. The cube challenge is ones every 3 month and a lot of information needed for the theorie exam can be found on this website.
