The Art du Déplacement And Parkour Training levels

ADAPT stands for Art du Déplacement And Parkour Training. This levels are developed together with the founders of Parkour. Therefore this levels from Parkour Generations are internationally accepted by traceurs and traceuses. The main focus of this exams is to pas on the spirit of Parkour as well as the history. This means learning about the history and origin of parkour, the principles of movement, the spirit of parkour in practice and functional strength and conditioning. Other asspacts which are tought are coaching skils  and health & safety and the benefits of managed risk. However, this levels are manly required for coaching at Parkour Generations. The costs for one exam are about 500€ (360.00£). This price can seam high, but it has to be considered that some of the worlds best coaches and founders from parkour are teaching and taking the exam. Moreover the second exam (ADAPT level 2) allows it to coach other coaches for Parkour Generations.
